I started at RPM almost a year ago by joining their TribeFit Training program. Tribe is a 6 week program that incorporates cardio, barbell lifting, functional training...to say my body has changed since then is an understatement. Magz is a motivating and passionate coach. She's pushed me to train harder than I've ever pushed myself or have been pushed by trainers at other gyms. She's a fantastic energy to be around, as is everyone at RPM. I've been training with TribeFit consistently since I started and now also partake in group fitness classes as well. All the trainers at RPM are so so so good at what they do and they genuinely care not only about your fitness progress, but about your well being in general. Professional, compassionate, super fun - this gym is A+ and I can't speak highly enough about it.
