  • Just stood in line for 20 minutes to get a coffee. Not a fancy mocha latte, just a coffee. I wouldn't have been stupid enough to try... But they had 5 people working at the counter when I got there. The longer I waited, the bigger the line... And workers kept leaving. There were two left when I got to the front, and about 30 unhappy customers. Starbucks needs to hear about this.
