Brought my dyson dc28 for repair out of warranty to Summerlin store.. Unit just died while vacuuming. Left it for several days awaiting an estimate. No one called me back. I called and was told it would cost a minimum of $200 to replace circuit board and all I kept hearing was how bad this vacuum was. I elected to pick it up without repairing it. Looked at a you tube video. Removed 4 screws to find power cord connector was off post. Pushed back in place. Works great again.
"third generation serving the industry since 1955" I guess this new generation isn't as honest as the reviews state.
Company GM returned my call and apologized. " we have multiple employees".
