  • We prepaid for a non smoking room for 3 nights. I smelled smoke several times in our room during our stay. Also, we had no internet the whole stay. They could not figure this out the whole time. Additionally, I left some belongings in the room and when I called they had nothing reported as being left. The room was close to $300 per night, I would expect better service for the price.
