  • Here's another horror story for this company. Washer and dryer were giving problems. Washer was leaving oil stains all over clothes and dryer wouldn't work. Old dude with attitude ran the washer and then took pictures saying I just have to clean my washer???? He said it's not a mechanical problem so he can't do anything. I shared with I'm some info I found online about it and he denied my info saying "I AM THE MECHANIC" ....Seriously. Then he looked in dryer and said it doesn't work well bc I don't clean the lint catcher. I explained I clean it every time I do a load and he still reported to my warranty company that was the reason. He then left without saying anything. I spoke to their office and the woman on the phone spoke defensively backing up her technicians bogus ass diagnosis. I ended up deciding to try the washer cleaner in my washer. After 9 tries it still leaves oil stains!! So I remove the agitator on my own and guess what.... I find a MECHANICAL ISSUE with OIL spewing from the mechanical part!!!! Don't waste your money on these worthless fools. Ensure your warranty company contracts someone else.
