  • Amazing customer service!!!!! From the moment I called on the phone to see if they could help me I was confident George was going to be able to repair my broken watch band. I arrived and he was helping one other very happy customer (she sounded like she was a regular) Once he finished he took a look at my watch band and ensured me he would be able to repair it on the spot. He did it with such ease I could tell he knows his stuff. I was worried since it was a flex band (the stretchy kind with metal links) that it would be a chore to find someone to fix it but I am SO HAPPY I found Gemtime George. I was in and out in just a few minutes and my favorite watch is now wearable again with just a $15 repair. I love finding a local hidden "gem" and this was just that. 100 stars for you guys!!!
