rev:text	I've been purchasing contacts from this locations since moving to Charlotte in November 2016.. they had mentioned to me that they would need my records from the previous location that I had used in Colorado Springs. They had said they would take care of it.. here we are 6 months later and that still hasn't been accomplished. I needed an eye exam last month in order to purchase more contacts so I had to complete new patient paperwork. Had they gotten my records from Colorado Springs they would have known I had already received a few certain tests in which they offered but I needed to pay extra for. I can't complain too much because they got me in quick for an exam and I left with the contacts that I needed. I will obviously return to this location.. truthfully don't have much of a choice but again I'm not complaining!!
