I've been purchasing contacts from this locations since moving to Charlotte in November 2016.. they had mentioned to me that they would need my records from the previous location that I had used in Colorado Springs. They had said they would take care of it.. here we are 6 months later and that still hasn't been accomplished. I needed an eye exam last month in order to purchase more contacts so I had to complete new patient paperwork. Had they gotten my records from Colorado Springs they would have known I had already received a few certain tests in which they offered but I needed to pay extra for. I can't complain too much because they got me in quick for an exam and I left with the contacts that I needed. I will obviously return to this location.. truthfully don't have much of a choice but again I'm not complaining!!
