  • Seriously, this place is absolutely the worst place to buy tile from!!!!!!!!!!! We found tile for our house, after searching for a long time. So happy to finally find it Went in and placed my order, paid, and manager said it was coming in the next day. So I scheduled my tile company to install for 5 days later. Well, I checked at the store the night before installers were scheduled, they said it didn't come, but will be coming that night. So I had to change my installation start date. Then the exact same thing the next day. Then it literally happened again 2 days later. Seriously? I finally gave up on them, and went and had to pick a different tile at a reliable company. When I went in for a refund at Floor and Decor the cashier told me my mistake was scheduling installation. Horrible customer service
