Worst Customer Service EVER!!!! They cancelled my appointment 10 minutes before the technician was scheduled to arrive to repair my washer. When I called to inquire as to the problem they stated there was a duplicate appointment made and must have cancelled both in error. When I requested to have the original appointment kept they said it was unavailable and had already been skipped. The next available appointment was for 8 days later! 8 DAYS!!!! I was on the phone for over an hour trying to fix the situation, they were rude and not helpful at all. They offered NO effort in fixing their own problem. In the end I contacted another repair company. NEVER USE SEARS APPLIANCE REPAIR!!!!!!
