  • dropped extra bottles at my door (I was even home, they didn't even knock to ask) and then charged me. I called to complain and they didn't take the water off my bill. I canceled the service and they charged me for 2 more drop offs that I never even got. Then told me I would have to pay it. It is now known as the only negative credit report I have ever had. I refuse to be bullied by a company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I KNOW I NEVER WILL AGAIN.
