  • Buyer beware. We did a one day special on Friday afternoon and had three business days to cancel. We decided the special was not special. We wanted to cancel the deal. We were under the impression we could call the sales rep and cancel. We find the fine print on the contract to cancel was to mail or telegram to their lawyers on Illinois and it had to be delivered by midnight on Tuesday. Do the math. Normal mail would been impossible from Vegas unless we paid a over night fee. What company makes their customers pay postage to cancel a order in this day and age. The sales Rep didn't even leave her number and their is only the 800 number to talk to anyone and no way able to talk to someone local. I was on hold for 30 minutes also. I am so glad we are cancelling with this company. Our first clue should he been how long the Rep was in our house giving us a estimate for 1000 sq foot of tile on one floor. Over 2 hours. The price we found was high and now we find that they have some of the worst customer service out there. Buyer beware. Shop around and you will save thousands and buy local. This company is not local.
