  • They picked up efficiently and quickly but their pricing is OUTRAGEOUS!! Our trip was 1.4 miles each way. Their web fare calculator on their website showed that the trip should cost $6 each way. On our way to the restaurant, the fare was $14!! (not including tip) and on the way back it was $8. I called to complain about the price disparity and the dispatcher told me that it should actually be $12 each way. CRAZY!!!! You can take a cab in downtown Chicago for a LOT less money!
