  • Let's start by saying that I never complain... even when I'm at a restaurant and hate my food I normally just eat it bc I don't want to hurt their feelings. BUT I can't help but say something about my bad experience here. I got a gel manicure yesterday... everything was great, the shape is great, color is great, everything great. This morning I notice my polish starting to peel at the edges of my nail. I got to looking better and all but 2 of my nails are peeling! I have a busy weekend and don't necessarily have free time to come back... I called them this morning and asked if they could fix it and told them that I work until 4... the lady I spoke with said that they had appointments from 4pm on and recommended me come tomorrow or next week. I told her no that The only time I would be able to come would be today and that didn't want to wait until next week! She said that I would have to wait then bc I didn't make an appointment! I'm sorry but no gel polish should only last a day and if it's an error on their part then it should be a priority to fix the issue. And the fact that I shouldn't have to wait and take time out of my day for them to fix their error. Currently waiting in the salon for them to fix my nails... WILL NOT BE BACK.
