  • This was the worst experience of my life. The food was good but the employees and the wait time was horrible. This location is always short staffed while the drive through line is wrapped around the restaurant. The staff have no sense of urgency and don't care about customer service. I will never be back. I would rather go to El Pollo Loco where I don't have to wait long and the chicken is bomb.
