  • While the staff is very nice, there is very little said for timeliness and efficiency. One staff member was politely helping another customer while I was waiting. The other staff member made me wait while he was on the phone. I have no problem waiting anywhere. I've waited in line for hours. But if there are two employees and two customers, your call cannot be that important.
