| - I have a Ford focus, took it in on Friday at scheduled appointment time, was told it would probably take to noon to complete, Richard Marovitz was the one that wrote me up, he said he would call at noon, he never called, I then called at 1:00 to see if the repair was completed, he then said I was next in line. My car sat there for 5 hours and nothing was done to it, he then said he would call me in an hour , still no call until I called him back again and he said to bring it back on Monday, they would not have the time to work on it that day!! I then went back to take my car home and come back on Monday. I came back on Monday even before they opened at 7:00 am, right off the bat Richard had a rude attitude that morning with me, he said"You can go take it to some else if you want to, to have it repaired". They they had my my car until 1:00pm and he calles and said that the part will take 5 to7 days to get and I will have to bring it back then. My repair had to do with NO AIR-CONDITIONING in my car in this extreme heat, they did not care one bit. I then was so upset, I talked to the Service Manger, Randy Tomison, his attitude was even more RUDE that Richard Marovitz! As I walked out of Randy's office he said"Well I guess do did not like the answer I gave you with a smirk on his face, You call that CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! I then took my car to another Ford Dealer, they were GREAT!. They found the problem in no time, fill up the car with Freon, and I was on my way! Well I have since emailed the Ford Company in Dearborn Michigan , and reported both of these JERKS! I told Ford Company i have never been treated like that in all the years I have had cars, and that all my friends will hear about this and "I WILL NEVER BUY A FORD CAR AGAIN!"
