  • Wow, where do I begin. PATRICK IS AWESOME!!! I will never forget the night I walked to the Audi lot to simply look at vehicles. So imagine my surprise when a few hours later I drove out in my new Audi car. It's been a little over a week and I'm still in disbelief. Let me start by stating how much I appreciate the team at Audi Henderson. Everyone has been great thus far, but Patrick, my sales guy has restored my faith in people and has changed my perspective on salesmen. Patrick was patient, open, honest and most importantly listened. He took his time listening to my concerns and then helped me find the car that best fit my need. When it came time to discuss financing he took his time to find the best option for me and worked closely with me to make it work. Patrick is the man! He took the time to show me some of the features of the car and linked my garage. When I came back to get my windows tinted he met me at the service station to check up on me, and then met me at the door when I returned the loaner. I have never in my life experienced such quality service and genuine interest. The Audi Henderson location is beautiful. Very modern, clean, and everyone is very helpful. Their wifi needs some serious help but my overall experience was great. I look forward to many more years with my Audi fam.
