| - I'm having a hard time reviewing this doctors office. I have been dealing with skin issues for over a year now, i was going to another allergist who was extremely unhelpful. I did not wait very long and the front desk girls are friendly. The doctors diagnosed me almost immediately, which I was very thankful for. They suggested a new drug. I have been waiting months for my insurance to approve this new drug, this obviously isn't the doctors fault. My issue is that when you call you have to leave a message and it takes them a long time to get back to you. I have been calling them and my insurance almost everyday because I am miserable.

Starting writing this about 6 months ago and I'm back to finish it. I FINALLY received the new drug and it helped BUT my insurance changed. Now I need another pre-auth.. crap!! Now I'm back to the same bullshit with communication and not receiving calls back from the doctors office. Part of a doctors office is customer service and when a patient calls and leaves a message that she is "miserable, please call back", you think they would, but they don't. I spoke to someone in the office and was told I'd receive a call, I didn't. I called and left a message, still didn't get a call back. Called again the next week, left a message, still didn't get a call back. Im actually currently in the office. Asked someone at the front about the pre-auth, was told they were waiting on my insurance, called my insurance and they don't have a pre-auth for the drug. I'll be waiting to hear from the dr office as they should be "re-sending" the pre-auth today. I hope they do what they say. Its very frustrating. Please get better at this Tottori allergy, I feel like I don't matter and that's really shitty when you're a patient in pain.
