  • Will never come here again. Paid $210 for an oil change at Jump Start Auto in June 2014. They forgot to close the bottom shield properly and it dragged on the ground a bit as the bf & I drove home. We didn't notice until we had parked the car, that something was hanging from underneath our vehicle. We called them right away and they said to bring it back in. We went back the next afternoon and they fixed it, nobody even offered an apology. Went to a different mechanic 2 weeks after that, they said the supposed new oil was dirty and it was because the staff here used the wrong oil. Different type of oil is suggested for older cars vs newer cars. Obviously, this may've just been a different mechanic's opinion, but overall the vibe we got here wasn't good. I did not trust this company and will not be returning ever again.
