Cvs has too many customers to care about customer service. They advertise open 24 hours but I went at 8:10 and was told no new scripts. When I asked to speak with someone else, the gal called a mans name and said, "she won't accept that we can't fill it." I let him know my MIL is 89 years old and just came from the hospital. He said ok 3-4 hours. I said no I will go to Frys. Went to Frys 59th & 101 and had it in 20 minutes. One time before I got a text saying an RX was ready. It wasn't and I was told to come back in another hour. Too busy to care about customer service? Or just lazy and unorganized?
