| - Thought the hotel was worth my 100th review! Today was my last day at Paris after a 5 night comped stay. I only paid the $29 resort fee for the entire stay because of the total rewards card.
Our room was 1992 on the 19th floor with a spectacular view of the pool, eiffle tower and Bellagio. Could not ask for a better view. The room was nice although the decor wasn't my taste at all. I am extremely picky when it comes to clean carpet as it is the first thing I look at when I walk into a room..it was clean without stains, so no need to switch rooms! The beds were so soft and comfortable, we both slept great. The only problem was that the fridge did not work at all. After calling it was fixed the same day, but we could hear it running. Also, hot water in the shower was a hit or miss. Better than, Luxor where I always had a cold shower.
The pool was huge, but 3'.5" everywhere. Plenty of lounge chairs, but they were not the most comfortable. Alcohol drinks were $15 at the pool. You could take your own drinks, as long as it was not alcohol.
The casino was very smoky, and the shop keepers were annoying always trying to get you to come in with a sample.
I would stay here again, only if I got the same view or better. Customer service was not good. Will quickly mention the key to the room did not work when we arrived. Had to go back down 19 floors to stand in line with all the other guest's whose keys did not work. A 20 minute ordeal to start the trip!
