  • We wanted to check out a different dispensary to compare prices and product. We assumed this location would be better be because of all the nice pictures, but pictures can be deceiving. The lobby area consists of a seating area, free water, and hot fresh popcorn. There were several people ahead of us, so the wait time was about 20 minutes. This location does require you to fill out a form requesting your personal information, they scan your drivers license, and you then pull a number to go to the back. I did not like the fact we had to talk to the woman at the front desk through the barred window. It reminded me of an old western bank, but definitely gave me the feeling as if I were a criminal talking through a window with vertical black bars. It wasn't a personal greeting and killed the experience for me. I do understand that every business is not alike and will run it how they please. Finally after going in the back, we walked around to see what was on display. I walked around the display 3 times before ever asked if I needed help. I didn't see many staff members, only 2-3 staff were assisting the groups of people. The woman mostly conversed with my male, which I find to be rude. I enjoyed the fall decorations that were placed next to the dispensary items, but was not as intrigued being that I didn't see anything different from the other dispensary. This dispensary was higher in price and the product did seem weaker to me. We purchased a strand that seemed a little crummy and the edibles had little effect. Everyone has different taste, but I personally would not recommend this dispensary to anyone due to a lack of customer service and a lack of excitement in the experience.
