  • We hired Northwest Landscape & Maintenance to put down some pavestone improvements to our back yard and the side of the house. We also had them build some decorative cinderblock walls for a grill enclosure. Northwest scored 5 out of 5 on the things we expect from a contractor that we hire: 1. Deliver excellent product quality, 2. Deliver excellent customer service and communicate well throughout the project, 3. Begin work when promised, 4 Finish work by when it was promised (they finished early), 5. Stand by the price in the estimate. The pavestone work they did was beautiful - nice and even. I really appreciated how I never had to chase them down. They called me before I had the urge to call them to coordinate the project and kept on top of scheduling. I was very impressed when we had to make a few last-minute adjustments to the plan - they just did it without any hesitation. They were so great to work with and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. If you see my other reviews you know I have high standards for 5-star rating, but they certainly earned it and I would gladly recommend and hire them again.
