  • I have found my new salon for as long as my stylist stays here! I recently had a very bad experience at another salon in which my hair came out stop-sign red and three inches shorter than it was supposed to. I gave myself a day to melt-down and mourn my long brunette hair and then decided that there was nothing I could do and to just accept my new horrible look. My best friend/roommate had other ideas. Early Sunday morning, she began to call around the area and managed to reach somebody at this salon. They could tell that she was a bit panicked (her hair had been similarly screwed up at the same salon previously) and managed to not only call a girl in on her day off to help us, but they pushed another appointment to the following day so they could fit us in. I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am to this salon. My gal was very calm with me and showed me the color that would fix what had been done. She also went over products and techniques to keep the color vibrant for as long as possible. I highly recommend this salon!
