| - If I could give them zero stars, I would. Was given a birthday gift from Signals, and as I didn't care for items I received, I opted for an exchange. Since the gift was from my father, and I didn't want to hurt his feelings by letting him know I returned the items, I called customer service before I mailed the items back, and they instructed me on what I should do. They even told me I could write a note, including ym email and phone number, asking them not to contact my father so that his feelings wouldn't be hurt.
Well, I got a call from my father asking why I returned my birthday gifts because Signals sent him an email to tell him that I was exchanging my gifts! When I called customer service to complain, they said they had no idea why he would be emailed since it was only an exchange. When I asked what they could do to rectify the situation, I was offered a $15 off coupon for a "future order". I told them i would never shop with them after the hurt they caused my father and they just said a meek sorry.
The company is poorly run by people who only care about the bottom line, not their customer's satisfaction.
NEVER shop with Signals, you will regret it.
