  • I've been to several popular ramen spots throughout Las Vegas (and even in LA) and I have to say I still use Fukumimi as the bar by which the other ramen places will be judged. This unassuming little ramen shop sits just outside the busy Strip life where you can relax and enjoy a nice bowl of piping hot tonkotsu ramen topped with their tender and flavorful pork belly chasu and perfectly seasoned nitamago--ask for extra noodles when you find yourself wanting more, trust me you will. Our staple favorites range from the spicy delicious kara-miso ramen to the hearty tantan men ramen. Fukumimi also carries several complementing side dishes such as their juicy and tender chicken karaage as well as the savory agedashi tofu which can only be best described as 'umami'! So if you crave a quick and hearty meal, take a detour off The Strip and make the drive to Fukumimi--you won't be dissappointed.
