I have been going to this location for over 3 years and I've even posted an excellent review. Recently I was diagnosed with cancer and started to lose my hair. I had paid for a yearly package and asked if I could get a refund or be placed on hold. It didn't seem that it would be a problem but after multiple requests I have heard nothing. I even emailed corporate and silence. I've chalked it up to money lost from a very unfortunate situation that I am experiencing. European wax center is just adding to it by not showing compassion or humanity to what I would consider a loyal customer.
