  • I will not stay here ever again. Reasons are listed below: 1. There is not hair dryer in the room. I called the front desk around 10pm to ask for one but no one answered for 30mins. Eventually, we had to go to front desk to ask for it (twice!). Originally the house keeper person said he would look for it. Another thirty mins had passed and I went down to front desk again and house keeper said he could not find it and deferred it to front desk person. And it took another 15mins and couple more follow up calls to get my hair dryer. That is what I called bad customer service 2. My friend booked it through a website for two beds room but when we arrived we were told the two beds room is all booked and they asked us to pay more to get upgraded room. What I found out is that they made a false claim. I stayed for the second time and I got the same type of rooms without upgrading I will not stay here again for the above reasons
