The absolute worst service I have EVER received at a dealership. I have owned more than 15 cars, multiple brands and the service I received was basically no service at all. If I could give it zero stars I would. I have never been to a dealer that does not have the service advisors greet you. Strange and unfriendly at best. Seems like a broken system as when I made my appointment over the phone they took all of my information and when I finally got a service advisors attention they found my appointment but I had to repeat my address and phone number several times. Why in this age of automation is there such duplication? The intake took almost 15 minutes when it probably should take 5. A service advisor said my car would be an hour and 15 minutes. Two hours later i couldn't take it anymore and I went to check on my car. Seemed like everyone was on break because there was no one there! I look outside and what do u know I see my car sitting there ready for pick up. Who knows for how long! On top of that I did ask them to wash the car and after I saw how terrible of a job they did I am thinking why bother? When I did find a service advisor and ask her if it was reasonable for me to sit there for over 2 hours for a simple oil change she didn't acknowledge it or say we are sorry or anything. She said she may have my keys and to follow her. Ugh! The Worst!!
