  • Honestly, I was worried when I drove up there. It wasn't a bad office as I walked in. The lady at the desk was very informative, thorough, and explained everything very well. I picked my puppy up later that day, and she was great. They also sent me with paperwork detailing what to expect, what to look for. The next day, she was back to her old self, and the staff even called to check how she was doing. Definitely recommend them and would go back for my next dog had I not moved out of Pittsburgh.
