  • I have never dealt with this type of customer service before. This is the worst I have ever seen. I cannot get my service setup. Their website doesn't even work well, I keep getting transferred to someone else and I have to re-enter all of my information. I tried on the phone and was hung up on, then called back and then transferred 4 times. They couldn't find my information. Next I try the chat service. they tried calling me then transferred me several times on chat. Still no service. Then their website stopped working for me. I am trying again today, but in the last 30 minutes I have been transferred 4 times. This has to be a joke. I know I'm not the only one who has dealt with this.
