  • I wouldn't recommend staying here... the location of the hotel is great, however there are many downsides. It is located near union station, but we didn't take the train once. We drove or walked to most places. The hotel offers valet... between 6 am and 9pm. Who is back by 9 pm when they are on vacation?!? Not to mention every time we tried to valet the guy was not there so we ended up self parking for the most part. The first night we got back late and couldn't find where we were supposed to Self park so we tried calling the hotel for 30 mins. After no luck, I called hotels.com where we booked the room and they were able to get in contact with someone. The guy gave us terrible directions so we ended up just self parking in another lot. Also, the room is very small-- comparable to Europe. I'm from the states so I was expecting a larger room. They advertise free wifi but if you book through another agency (such as hotels.com) they try to charge you $15 a day for wifi. It's 2017, wifi should be free everywhere. Hotel doesn't provide soap or body wash, just shampoo and conditioner. I'm not sure what they expect you to clean your body with...Overall for the price of this hotel they just don't offer enough benefits besides the location. I don't think we'll be staying her again.
