  • Great start on the service call, then after that, things went downhill real quick. A $275 project escalated to a $1600 project in a matter of seconds. From having a broken shower, the technician left me with no water to the house. I had my water main shut off for two days till another plumber fixed my issue for $200 flat. Yes! - they will try to upsell anything and fix items that don't need fixing. Yes! - they would break your stuff and tell you that you need more things to be replaced. Yes! - they would leave you high and dry after breaking your stuff. Yes! - they will give you the runaround. The only saving grace is the woman taking the phone calls. Very courteous and friendly. Stay away fellow Yelpers, stay away!!
