  • I absolutely love Sushi Roku. I not only dine at this one every chance I get but I also visit the Las Vegas location when I am there. The ambiance is great. The waitresses dress a little risque but it is Scottsdale and at the W. The food is amazing. We always order the Hanabi (spicy tuna, yellowtail (not on the menu but they will make it) and the pork belly. The octopus is also light and refreshing. We have had a lot of different things on the menu and are never disappointed. Since it is at the W the dress code is fairly fancy. They wont turn you away in shorts and a T-shirt I dont think but you will feel underdressed.
