  • Stopped in today to inquire about why my tires are wearing after only 42k miles and are in need of replacement. I had gone to their other location on Crismon to get my oil changed and rotate tires about 3 weeks ago and had a terrible experience with Robert, the manager. He told me I needed tires and I purchased them from there so, I asked about the warranty on them and he said he would get back to me later that and never did. I asked Robert why my tires would need replacing so soon as they are a 60k mile tire and he said that it was my driving style and I must be an aggressive driver, I think because I'm a woman he thinks I don't know anything as this isn't the first time I've had a problem with Robert. So, Josh, the manager at the greenfield location was wonderful today. They pulled it in right away to determine the wear issue and he found that I need a bolt kit for my struts to correct the alignment as my shocks and struts are sagging, but don't need replacement at this time. If it wasn't for Josh today I was never going to come back to Flachers as a customer for any of my vehicle needs, but he is making it right and we will be using him now and in the future. Thank you Josh!!!
