The service was average. The bread was average. The environment is cool and old school. The mid rare NY Strip I ordered was overcooked and mostly flavorless. The one they replaced it with was also not the correct temperature, which sucked because for $63 I'm expecting the thing to be the best strip I've ever had. But whatever, I'm not about to complain twice. I was thinking about how much I'd rather be eating the steak I prepare at home. French onion soup was pretty awesome and my friend's ribeye was awesome. But with the myriad of steak houses in vegas, would never consider coming back.
