  • An absolute rip off! My boyfriend ordered the "Lovely Lillies and Roses" combo with 12 roses for $145 dollars for valentines and I only received 6 roses and a whole bunch of budded lillies not even close to blooming. The picture that he showed me how it was supposed to look like looks nothing like what I received. He was so upset and instead of getting a full refund or a new delivery of flowers they refunded 30 dollars and said sorry we were overwhelmed! Not an excuse to charge $145 for flowers that looked like they came from off the street. I will be telling everyone in ballantyne never to use you all since you can't handle the demand of Valentine's Day. Very disappointed and I have the pictures to prove it. I will be sharing this review on yelp, Google and where ever else I can share.
