  • I had to contact them for a minor troubleshooting after doing some of my own troubleshooting. After a certain point I call the pros & Joe was very professional. Other than the discrepancy on the call with the office representative who estimated the troubleshooting fee different than what Joe showed me I was still very satisfied. He was in & out fast & we were talking about whole home surge protectors & he had a great brand on hand with good warranty & 10yr protection & stayed to install that which was reasonably priced. I would have like a little lower trouble shooting rate but the SVC fee of $39 was waived as advised too. Overall I would use them again. Very professional & nice. Ask for Joe
