They have implemented a new text messaging system which seems to be working better than it use to be; however, it is still a slow process to get people in and out. If the wait times are still over 2++ hours then there must be a break down somewhere. The supervisors may need to actively monitor each personnel's window more. Also, some of the personnel don't seem to be as knowledgeable on most/all dmv subjects, in which that person should get a supervisor involved right away. Instead a person would lean over to next stall and have there own sidebar discussions on the subject, which only prolonged the process. Still the end result was to get a supervisor. Smh.
