  • Don't expect to get your deposit back. We moved into a nearly unlivable apartment and stayed for 2 years. Hired a cleaner to clean the place in hope of getting our security deposit back. Only ended up getting 1/5 of it back. Another complaint is the fees. No matter what the rent is, you will end up paying significantly more. There is garbage fee which should be built into the rent but is tacked on to your regular rent. There are some other fees as well that popped up during our stay. Wouldn't recommend. There is a ridiculously high turnover rate for good reason.
