First, I have to start by raving about my leasing agent, Kaya. She has been amazing throughout my entire move-in process. I had a complicated move where I didn't have an exact date and unforeseen circumstances pushed things back but, she was always incredibly accommodating and understanding. Which made me even more excited about moving to the property.
After a nightmare of an experience at the Aspire apartments across the street, I am so happy to be in a place that puts the residents first and with far more and far better amenities at a more reasonable cost. There is lots of parking at the moment, the gym is top notch, the pool area looks so sick, the dog park is a great and so convenient if you have a furry friend and even the small touches like: the hammock farm, Taco Tuesday and free coffee and hot cocoa make this place feel like home. If you visit you feel right away how much they are about resident living and it doesn't change once you move in.
The apartments themselves reflect the rest of the community from wooden built-ins in the closet to the bluetooth speaker system and high quality fixtures are things you just don't see in other communities. This is coming from a person who has lived in two high-end communities in the Summerlin area, the quality you get for the price at Elysian cannot be found in the Summerlin/Spring Valley area. I love living here and I can't see myself moving until I buy a house in a few years.
