Waiting for a rep...just here to drop off our phone as we are going with a different carrier since our sprint coverage has just sucked. We overhear a rep tell a customer to not write a review unless you give a 10. Laughing my ass off, as I would never give them more than 1 as 0 is not an option. Reasons you should stay away:
1 they raised our payment without disclosing it when we got the phones
2 if you drive to CA or AZ you will not have service
3 waiting for 1 hour no one has greeted us, acting as we are not here
4 ever if you get do get coverage it is still a ridiculously slow network
Finally got a rep Mike completely useless. He tried charging us to return our phones one had been frozen. We ended up leaving going across the parking lot and having a Apple dealer returned the phone to default settings we went back and dealt with Justin who was 100% better customer service.
My whole experience with sprint has been regrettable Choice that I will not be repeating it ever again.
