  • Arrived here today to find the door locked. Looked at my phone and it was before 6:00pm ( closing time). Two women at the register saw me at the door and yelled that they were closed. I said it's not 6 and pointed to the clock on my phone. They rudely responded "it is." I not only looked at the time on my phone but as well as my draughter's phone and the clock in my car. Obviously they closed and locked the door way before six because I pulled up in a parking spot right in front of the store sitting in my car for a few minutes and did not see anyone at the door. I get that they want to get out of there on time and probably don't like customers before closing but I know exactly what I wanted and where it is in the store since I shop here so much. It would have taken them 5 minutes tops to check me out. But I guess this business cares more about closing early than getting sales. The workers attitude is what really irks me. I felt completely unwelcomed not only by the door obviously being locked before regular business hours, but by their total disgust of my presence. I will definitely not be shopping here after being treated so rudely. I'll be heading straight to salon centric and Armstrong even if that means I need to switch lines.
