  • When I first joined I loved it. Then key instructors left and things went downhill. They also have no problem keeping your money when you want to leave. So be careful what you pay upfront. The owner Bill Guzick is not very customer service oriented. Several of the instructors are allegedly taught in house and not certified. It is sad, because the first month was a really good experience.
