rev:text	I went today to return a purchased item but was disappointed by the lack of assistance provided. It took 5 minutes in total to get the cashiers attention and a second for me to realize just how terrible this Face Shop location is. The white female with the colored streaks was the one who "helped" me out. She was extremely unprofessional with her lack of assistance and discourtesy. Not to mention she was very hostile and out of line even despite me just waiting patiently. Also isn't this cosmetic line credited for being a natural and organic? Don't all of their media claims embody fresh faced women? Well the female on the counter sure didn't. She looked like a MAC employee that got lost in The Face Shop. Next time train your employee on proper customer service and dress code. Not being racist, just being real. I don't EVER see myself coming her again. Go to the Face shop at Sherway Gardens if you want some REAL customer service, plus they give a lots of samples and treats!
