  • I just came in today for the first time and saw Jenn. Usually I go to Ippatsu, but I wasn't too pleased with them the last two times (since Jamie left the salon) and Kane had a cancellation so it worked out. I'm very pleased with the service and the cut. My hair looks great, Jenn was friendly and even took care to do little touch-ups at the end when I decided I wanted it shorter than usual. My layers look great and the products she used were fantastic, though too expensive for me right now. The cut was reasonably priced-- the hair wash/scalp rub in the beginning alone made it worth the price. Overall, I'm a satisfied client and will be back! Leaving it at four stars for now because it's only my first time, and I don't want to be over enthusiastic. It wasn't the best haircut I've ever gotten, but it's pretty close. Definitely better than what's currently available at Ippatsu, at least.
