  • Wish I could give even less to be honest. I'll try to keep this short and sweet for yall. 6 requests to fix the pool, charged 300 to drain and clean. never fixed the pump and it went dirty again so I hired an honest pool man and we fixed it in one day. A huge crack developed in the ceiling after the rain storm a few years ago so I put in a total of 5 requests to get it fixed. It was about 4 inches wide and 10 ft long and looked like it was going to fall down. after 3 repair guys saying they were told it was "the roof" that needed fixing, not the interior, someone finally fixed it after 5 months. During that rain storm my roommates room was flooded. after 3 weeks they finally "fixed" it but never replaced the carpet. That took another service request to get that. Now recently the a water pipe going to the washing machine broke and flooded into the family room. This one only took one request but never even looked at the carpet and took a week to complete the job. I would bet Im going to have to charge for new carpet. I can't wait to get out of here. Moral of the story, DO NOT RENT FROM AUSTIN FLECK. THEY ARE A JOKE, CHEAP AND VERY UNKIND.
