  • I've never called a junk removal company before but when my chest freezer died I called Junk King. They were good in every way. The person who scheduled me (for the morning the day after my call) was courteous and professional. The driver called before coming and they were exactly on time. Both men were nice and had a good sense of humor (I guess you have to in that line of work!) The freezer was a bit difficult to remove but they cheerfully took care of it. I'll definitely call Junk King again.
