  • My last experience with this location was positive but from the get go it was apparent that this wouldn't be the same. The manager Jose "helped" me. I dropped my car off at the body shop and came here to pick up the rental. They had my insurance reservation. Then proceeded to tell me that I could wait a FEW days for them to find me a car. WHAT! Guy was such a jerk about it. He seriously needs lessons in customer service. While I was standing there he was arguing with some other poor soul waiting to get picked up - he hung up on him too!!! SMH!
