  • Great team here. Kinzie, Drake, and all others do a wonderful job. It's a first rate facility with a great locale, particularly if you work nearby as do I. This would be rated as high as a 4, if not a 5, but for the incessantly obtrusive and patently offensive noise made by the dogs in this building (often when the owners leave them alone and clearly aren't around to hear it for themselves), some of which are large canines who, in fairness to them, shouldn't be bottled up in an apartment. I've owned dogs, and truly like them. But, when you're awakened every other night... either at 2 am or 6 am on a Sunday... by earth tremoring running around, barking & howling... it totally defeats the purpose of living here... or anywhere for that matter. And, this isn't simply a matter of one dog in one unit, it's occurs in various spots in the building. Again, dogs are great, and some noise attributed to them should be accepted as a worthwhile cost of having them around. However, it is bad enough here that it is clearly violative of the obligation to provide tenants with "habitable" premises, which the management fails to respond to.
